How We Do
Business
Each engagement begins with a written agreement outlining services, timeline, deliverables, and costs. We do not work on commission or contingency as this is both unethical and noncompliant with most foundation standards.
Our rates vary based on project complexity, but most services range from $75 to $150/hour. Project fees are estimated in advance, and invoices are submitted based on agreed-upon milestones or monthly billing. Payment is due upon receipt.
We pride ourselves on meeting deadlines and communicating clearly. We ask that clients give a minimum of 2–4 weeks lead time for major grant deadlines. Rush jobs may incur additional fees.
We work collaboratively with your team and may request access to past grant applications, financial documents, program data, or staff interviews to ensure strong proposals.
Your mission and materials are safe with us. All client information is kept confidential unless written permission is provided.
As a faith-based business, we value honesty, accountability, and respect. We do not partner with organizations whose missions conflict with these core principles.
While we cannot guarantee funding outcomes, we promise high-quality work, personalized service, and a shared commitment to making your mission fundable and sustainable.

Expanded testimonials from leaders & organizations we've been blessed to serve.
Heather is an honest, hard-working individual with a great deal of integrity and a deep passion for children and literacy. She demonstrates a very thoughtful approach to her work and the grant writing field. In my personal and professional interactions with Heather, she has proven herself to be detail-oriented, forward-thinking, very organized, and a great communicator. To me, her passion is what makes her stand out from others; you will not find anyone who will work harder.

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Heather over the past year through Operation READ and our partnership with Operation Literacy, and I can say without hesitation: she is exceptional!
Heather doesn’t just write grants—she pours herself into them. Her work is smart, strategic, and beautifully aligned to each funder’s mission. She writes and works furiously, all while juggling complex timelines, data requests, and messaging with grace and professionalism.
